From Tegel Airport to Bildungszentrum Erkner

Public Transport:

• At Tegel Airport you will find a variety of buses. Take bus TXL to Berlin Central Station and change there to the train line RE 1. The trip takes altogether about one hour.

• You can buy an ABC ticket at one of the automatic ticket machines at the train station. It costs 3.30 € (reduced: 2.40 €) per ride.

• Please take the regional train line RE 1 (not subway = S-Bahn) towards Frankfurt (Oder) Bahnhof and get off at Erkner.
• In Berlin, the RE 1 leaves from platfom 12, there is a train every half hour at:
  09:51, 10:21, 10:51, 11:21, 11:51, 12:21
  The ride takes about 36 minutes.

• The stations in between are:
  Berlin Central Station                  
  Berlin Friedrichstraße                   
  Berlin Alexanderplatz                   
  Berlin Ostbahnhof                   
  Erkner, you arrive at platform 1.
• From the railway station in Erkner, it takes a 13 minutes walk (ca 1.2 km, less than one mile) to Erkner Training Center.
  We recommend to take a taxi from Erkner train station to the Erkner Training Center (1.5 km drive, costs roundabout € 5.00)

From Schönefeld Airport to Bildungszentrum Erkner

Public Transport:

• At Schönefeld Airport you will find a train station nearby (10 minutes walk from the terminal). Take the regional train RE 7 (towards Dessau) or the RB 14 (towards Nauen) to Karlshorst and change there to the train line S 3 (towards Erkner). Get off at Erkner
  The journey takes about 45 minutes.
• You can buy a BC ticket at one of the automatic ticket machines at the train station. It costs 3.00 € ( reduced 2.10 €).
• From the railway station in Erkner, it takes a 13 minutes walk (ca 1.2 km, less than one mile) to Erkner Training Center.
  We recommend to take a taxi from Erkner train station to the Erkner Training Center (1.5 km drive, costs roundabout € 5.00)
